How long does delivery take?

Please allow 5 business days for processing time and 5-7 business days for delivery.

We do not process orders during weekends and Holidays.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations. We start processing orders as soon as they have been placed.

My order is lost in transit. What do I do?

We regret to hear that your order is lost. Please contact USPS as soon as possible to open a claim. Unfortunately, we are not liable for any packages lost in transit as it is no longer in our possession.

Can I stack discounts?

Discounts and coupons CANNOT be stacked or combined unless otherwise advertised. We try to offer the best price possible.

Free shipping applies if threshold is met.

How do I use my rewards?

Reward coupons cannot be used with any other discounts. Free shipping becomes applicable after the reward coupon has been subtracted from the total order amount and the threshold requirement has been satisfied.

How do I return an order?

We regret to hear you were not satisfied with your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zoejay.com for further instructions. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the item(s) you wish to return.

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or store credit issued upon successful return of the item(s).

We DO NOT accept returns on Final Sale or Clearance items.
